Government aqurium - kasturi ba road

Introduction;

Bangalore government aquarium is located in kasturi ba road it was the 2nd largest aquarium in India and it's very near to entrance of cubbon park in Bangalore...
It has well maintained aquarium and the building is diamond shaped it has 3 floors the 1st floor has 14-18 tanks and second floor has more than 70 tanks...

History;

It was established in the year 1983..it has variety of exotic cultivable as well as ornamental fish on display it was well maintained by state government of Karnataka...

Timings;

The aquarium is open visitors from 10 a.m
To 5.30 p.m on all day except second Tuesday and 2nd week of Monday...

Entry fee;

There is entry fee of 30 rupee per head and parking fee of 10 rupee..

Direction;

It will be 5-6 kms from majestic via m.g road and it was near to majestic it take 15 to 20min of journey by vehicle..we can go through by 2 route 1.from majestic via Vidhana Sowdha route... 2. Majestic to via m.g road...the distance of both are same...

Nearest place;

Vishveshwaraiah science museum..,it may have 300 mts from aquarium its on the way to m.g road...

Declaration;

It was very nice and very peace full place because we cam see many types of fishes I'm this aqurium ex shark, tiger barb, koikarp, black ghost, moulies, angel, white shark, arrowna, flower horn etc we have spent 1 hour in this aquarium...it was nice to see this place....and mind will be very peace....
